Computing

At our school, Computing is taught through the Teach Computing Curriculum, which follows the National Curriculum and provides children with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in a digital world. Pupils develop their understanding of computer science, information technology and digital literacy through engaging, practical lessons.

Children learn how computers work, create and debug programmes, use technology safely and responsibly, and develop confidence in using a range of digital tools. Through problem-solving and creative projects, they build computational thinking skills that support learning across the curriculum.

Computing equips our pupils with skills, knowledge and understanding they need to become safe, responsible and effective users of technology, both now and in the future.
